By accessing or using the Cosmartic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use Cosmartic only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site; transmit any harmful or malicious code; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or impersonate any person or entity.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at {EMAIL} if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is verified. Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times, costs, and coverage areas.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy, which allows returns within 5 days for eligible unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please review our full Returns Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cosmartic website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Cosmartic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, Cosmartic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Cosmartic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, Morocco.
