Orders
How do I track my order?
You can check your order status in your profile under "My Orders".
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once the order is confirmed for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2β5 business days across Morocco.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders qualify for free shipping throughout Morocco.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Morocco only. International shipping is coming soon β stay tuned!
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a pickup. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Are your products authentic and safe?
Absolutely. All Cosmartic products are sourced from certified manufacturers, and comply with Moroccan and international cosmetics regulations.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Morocco. Online card payment is coming soon.
